| We operate a door-to-door service. We will pick you up from the terminal you land in and take you to the door of your address in Paris. On departure we will pick you up from your address and drop you off at the terminal your flight leaves from. |
| Your pick-up time will be indicated in your confirmation. We normally pick passengers up 3 hours before the scheduled flight time. However, it is important that you call us before your departure to confirm that there has been no change in your pick-up address or flight time. |
| You may take one regular-sized suitcase and one item of hand luggage free of charge. For any extra or unusual luggage, we may ask you to pay a supplement. Please contact us for any further information. |
| We do provide child seats. Please advise us if you wish to bring your own child seat. If you use a child seat, you will be charged the full adult fare. Please note that you are responsible for the fitting of the seat and of your child. |
